Most instagrammable places in Mallorca

Mallorca is filled with picture perfect instagrammable moments around every corner. These are my most favorite picture perfect spots on the island! See my complete Mallorca travel guide for more tips!

Cala Pi

Cala Pi, a harbor located in Southern Mallorca, is one of the most instagrammable places on Mallorca! On arrival, you have the option of bearing to the left, which is where you will find the instagram famous cliff overhang overlooking the water. If you walk to your right, you will find your way down the steps to reach the beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful, calm water. There is free street parking and great food and sangria in the area.

Palma

Palma de Mallorca, the capital city of Mallorca, has so many great spots for snapping the perfect picture. The most iconic is Catedral de Mallorca, which is the main cathedral in the city which dates back to the 13th century. The Catedral de Mallorca is massive, making it a centerpiece of the city, with incredible architecture and detail. You can take a guided tour for only 25 euro, or you can simply enjoy the cathedral by touring around the outside and taking beautiful pictures!

Right outside of Catedral de Mallorca is the S’Hort del Rei garden, which features a picture perfect fountain lined by trees, a spot I love for photos!

Port de Sóller

While there are many instagrammable spots in Port de Soller, my favorite spot is a little hidden walkway overlooking the water, right across from my favorite restaurant, NENI Mallorca (the cutest aesthetic and best food)! This is such a perfect sunset spot to enjoy without all of the crowds. When I went, there was only 1 other couple taking photos. Also located in that area is Es Fanals and Sunset Lounge, two great restaurants where you can enjoy unobstructed sunset views over dinner.

Deià

Deià is a picturesque village located in the northern aspect of Mallorca among the Tramuntana mountains. The cobblestone streets, mountain landscapes, artisan shops, colorful doorways and blooming bougainvillea create postcard worthy moments every corner you turn. This village is a must when visiting Mallorca, and certainly holds the most photogenic landscapes!

Valldemossa

Located only about 15 minutes from Deià is Valldemossa, another picture-perfect village located in the Tramuntana mountains. This charming medieval village has unique architecture, charming streets, and buildings adorned in flowers making for endless instagrammable candid captures. Valldemossa is also the town where I found the cutest and most affordable stores for souvenirs, as well as fantastic food.

La Residencia

La Residencia Hotel is a Belmond Hotel located in the village of Deià, and radiates charm and beauty. El Olivo restaurant is located at this property, which has had plenty of Instagram features as it is one of the most stunning, romantic places to dine on the island. If you aren’t a guest at the hotel and don’t luck out at scoring a reservation for dinner, be sure to at least enjoy drinks on the terrace, which holds some of the best views in Deià. You’ll find no shortage of Instagrammable spots, between the lemon tree lined driveway, beautiful terrace views, and perfectly designed hotel exterior.
